Villain is very lag, but don't know if hes a good one or not.

I like it. A lag isn't limping in with TT and unless he thinks you stack off easily with TT+ here then he isn't calling with a 2 in his hand unless it's 22. At first I looked at it like he has two overs with a flush draw but that's near impossible since you hold the Js. So I think he has a T or the NFD and it's a good push so you don't have guessing games OOP on the million bad cards that could come on the turn.

opp is lag, wont he bet this when checked to? and then we can c/r and ask him to define his hand to us?

I put him on a flush draw. If he has the 2... well, no one could see this coming. You have the math at your side and no problems with position anymore...
