AA too passive?
I had AA directly before this hand as well, so im 2 in a row here, I don't know if villain thinks I'm trying to push him off, or what. Villain is solid, and is paying attention.
On the turn I'm thinking AK, KQ, or the moron is slowplaying hardcore with a set. So is my river check behind ok, or too passive? I'm on a 10 buyin downswing, so I'm seeing monsters...

I raise this flop and am happy to get it all in (you'll see AK, KQ, TT, JJ, QQ here often enough). It looks like our villian has a hand he likes but is somewhat afraid of a bigger hand, so on this board.....If I'm against 44/99/KK so be it.
On the turn it looks like you're definitely ahead because he doesn't 3-bet you.
The river gets kind of scary (KQ) so I don't really mind a check here sometimes. Thing is, though, at this level you're not going to see many river check-raises so I'm usually value-betting the crap out of this river ($40-50).
If you're scared of getting check-raised on the river then just checking here is fine.

AK no good. Get more money into the pot.
