OESFD, smallish pot-- best line?

This is Bodog, so as best as I can recall the HH. No reads:

25NL

My stack ~$29, SB has $58, CO and Button around $20 each
I get dealt :td: :9d: in MP3

PREFLOP:
Folded to me, I raise to $1 (I'll open-raise SC's once in a while from late MP, not standard for me).
CO, Button, SB call. BB folds

FLOP: Pot $4.25
:qd: :5s: :jd:

Checked to me. Too many times in the past I've put in 3/4 to pot sized c-bets here and slowly built a pot only to brick the turn and river. Is a better line to overbet the pot to $10 (leaving $28 behind), hope to take it down there and push any turn?

That's what I've usually done, but then I get myself into a mess if I don't improve.

What do you do on the turn if it's a brick vs one caller? With one card to go, we're a 2:1 dog against a pair and too commonly I see Adxd call a pot sized flop bet (even TPWK and 2nd pair will call a flop bet). And keep in mind this is Bodog where the play can be horrid.

The result of this hand (whcih I'll post later) blew my mind. On sites where play is really fishy/bad and you've got a nothing but a monster draw, should we push this small edge as hard as we can?

Note-- I don't perfectly recall if it was a 5s on the flop. I just know it was a non-diamond rag that was too far for a possible straight.

I also think it's worth potting the flop.

If the turn bricks, I'm happy to try to semibluff the turn with another pot-size bet. Because of this, we may have the right odds to look at a river card if our opponent is trying a shifty check-raise.

Ok, I'm not defending my play here (and maybe this belongs in tales of poker) but just to give some closure on this hand:

I decided that I had the edge on the flop and I wanted to punish anyone that caught a piece of it heavily if they wanted to keep playing (I'd been card dead/not hitting/getting drawn out on in my latest downswimg so this decision was due to some tilt, but I actually thought that I was going to take down the pot right here with a big bet. If I didn't, I liked my hand on the flop enough that I was going to the felt anyway). In hindsight I can see why this wasn't the best play.

I overbet the flop to $10. Yeah, probaly really stupid but I decided I wanted to get all my chips in here. I reasoned that if I pot it for $5 and get one caller I'm probably behind and will have to pot it again on the turn for $15 if I brick it, leaving $8 behind-- since I'm going to go AI on the turn anyway I might as well get more in up front. 2 folds and the SB calls :shock: Shit, what's he have, 55? QJ? AQ? SB special of Q5/J5? Even Adxd has to fold here, right? Pot's $24.25. I've got $18 left.

Turn was :2c:

I push the rest in figuring I'm beat like a rented mule and will have to catch up and he calls. I sigh heavily when I brick the river with :2h: falling.

Then I nearly fall out of my chair when villain turns over :6d: :4d: and I win unimproved. Maybe the button or CO folded a Q or J with my retarded flop overbet (which I probably would have accomplished with a $5 bet. Then again, this is Bodog).
