sometimes check sometimes bet, theres no definite answer. checking usually leads to less mistakes later on in the hand though.

Ugh. This is why I don't reraise with AQ very much OOP. I check here.

This is pretty standard for me. I don't know why this wouldn't always be a bet here, chances are you can take down this nice pot on the flop with a cbet. If you do get called, you're pushing the turn anyway.

It also depends on your table image but I would hate to check, have someone either go all in or bet 3/4 the pot and I'm not able to call after building such a massive pot.

If any decent c-bet we make gets raised, we're playing for stacks with a so-so draw.

I could post how many times I 3bet OOP with AQo and then take the pot down on the flop after a rather large cbet. If you check here, you give AK a chance to play correctly here and more than often you do take the pot down here with a 3/4 size cbet. It seems like a lot of money but you have to realize thats 40% of a buyin in the pot already. Secondly, you're draw is not so-so at all. You have an OESD with two overcards and the pot is already massive.

So let's say we make it $30 to go and one of our villains shoves over. Are we sticking the rest in? I guess we are with almost half our stack invested.
