What hands are you putting him on that we have beat on the river?

Spots like this suck, I call small bets way too often but I honestly dont know if I call or fold this turn. How many hands are your stats over? What hands do we think a passive player is better this turn with? On the flop when I see a small bet and then a call of a big raise it is typically a draw trying to hit cheaply and on the turn every draw hit. If I call the turn I feel like I should call the river because we are getting such huge odds but I really just dont know if we are ahead enough to make this +EV. Id definitely like to see what others have to say about this and my thinking.

Pay him off. I hate these little valubets but you can't not call them.

Call without guilt. I'm not suggesting that you couldn't find a fold on the turn, but I would end up calling this. I highly doubt he understands a post oak bluff.
If his stats hold up for much longer, you will get the money back later.
