What exactly do you think he's calling the flop and turn with that he's bluffing the river with?

I think you're trying too hard to bust the villian and as a result you've now lowered your game to his game.

Worse hands aren't calling you on the turn. The river shove is rarely a bluff.

ok, if this guy plays X percent of hands, and raises lik 80% of those, how in the world does he have something OTHER than A. trips, or B. a flush draw, on this turn?
