Depends if you put him on a high pocket pair or not. Against anything else you're either a favorite or only slight dog. His opening minraise is a little scary, but again this might be something like AJo or 55.

Without a read, I'm getting out of the way. If 10NL is anything like 25NL, players aren't four-betting light. As an aside, you should consider topping off your stack when you fall below $9 or so.
