Playing a set in the flop (NL 10)

Villain is LAG. How do I figure to extract most money here? Should I raise right now or call and wait for him to shoot a second barrel? I know this situation is quite common, but I don´t know how to handle it perfectly.

If hes LAG meaning he'll try and push you off until you show strength then you should probably just call him (if you think he'll fire a second barrel). (i.e. semi-smart). You probably get a couple of bets from not much.

If hes LAG meaning hes likely to stack off with TP+ then raise and hope thats what he has.

I lean towards raising with 2 spades out. I would like to be all-in on the turn, so I would raise to at least $3 (leaving PSB behind). Against some villians, pushing the flop is bets!

I've tried extracting before, with 2 spades out look to get burned when you do this. I'd bet the pot, if he reraises you go nuclear and go all in. These 10NL players will call with their spade draw.
