I think the turn check raise is absolutely horrendous, and the flop call is bad.

Can you explain your reasoning for playing this hand like this with your limited read?
BTW I don't think flop call's bad with his read on villian. It's the rest of it that just baffles me.

i think the flop call is fine given your read, but your read is that he "gives up on the turn". maybe he is leveling you here (which i guess he was) but i fold this turn, even to the weak bet.

The turn I think he has a weak hand, and he is tight enough to the point where I thought he'd fold to a hard bet (Still, not smart OOP). When he just flat calls that raise I'm done, until he pushes the river. There is absolutely no reason to push a hand on the river that he'd just call the turn with so I called after thinking awhile that a lot of times this is a missed flush draw.
Is the river really that bad?
