I think you are toast when c/r'd on this board unless you have been totally out of line pre-flop.
That being said, it seems pretty weak to fold getting > 2:1 with an overpair on a draw heavy board.
All options seems sucky. You have position, and some re-draw outs vs set/2 pair. Maybe call? I guess if you are never folding then may as well maximize EV vs draws.

Unless you know this guy is an aggressive donkey, then you should fold to the flop check-raise. You're usually smoked, and even if you aren't, he probably has a monster draw against one pair.
