Cool hands miffed. What's your message to creating a table image? I sometimes find myself spewing to much on multiple streets and getting way too deep in pots. It becomes very costly. While hitting your draws like in these hands is the desired result, it doesn't always happen.

Totally unknown, within first 10 hands at table. Different villains. I think hand1 must have had some effect on my table image considering most players will think i overplayed a pair when im actually a fav.

really tough question. To be honest ive been playing with a 30/20 game and just reading other peoples hands and trying not to spew. Im running reasonably good so beyond that there is much to say. I changed my opner from 4bbs to 3bbs to encourage both light reraising (so i can come over the top and pick up dead money that cant call) and so that when i get reraised im calling 6bbs with 90 behind, giving me lots of room to play poker as i tend to feel playing 100nl/200nl/400nl i read hands better than anyone i play against on the sites i frequent.

Hand two is played very weird by villian, almost like he has a bigger boat or quads...

That being said, I'm pushing pushing pushing over his min-reraise.

Hand 1 is good. Though what is your preference when you push? Would you rather be called, or would you rather villain fold? I think the push looks a lot like a draw (villain probably put you on AKclubs or something), so as played I think you'll probably get called pretty often.

Hand 2 is weird. villain raised preflop in EP, so I doubt he has any hands that give him a straight. I wouldn't be surprised to see pocket 8's here, the way it was played. In the heat of the moment, I'm pretty sure I push anyhow.

2: why not raise the turn? He might be drawing.. As played, call the river 3-bet. I also think your raise is too small.

At the time i thought raising would blow him out the pot. Being in position i thought if he caught something on the river he'd either c/c a pot sized bet from me or else lead and maybe call a river minraise from me. When opp donked, i just thought he had nothing and wanted to look weak so that he might donk the river thinking i wouldnt make a call with a mid/low-pp or was just drawing.
I want him to make a hand on the river so i can get him to pay me, but when the river plays itself out i actually thought he had one had specifically and didnt put the flop play and river play together.

he's got an overpair, i want him to gambool hence my c/r all in rather than bet/3bet line. Also, when i actually flop a hand im not folding, or slow play aces/flop a set, i want to give AK enough space to commit chips after a reraise to maximise ev.

I love the first hand as I encounter these situations often (I play 28-18). I tend to be pretty "annoying" with the way I play and people tend to either tighten up and play back at me in situation like these or open up and play a game they cant win. I think controling your table image and good postflop play will allow you to kill the micro stakes (100NL and under).
