you may or maybe not know that I moved into my first place in dec. I live with my brother his girlfreind and his freind. I was, and still am, very exited about finally moving out. Its not that I had a lot of rules or anything at my moms house, I actually never really had any, but its still nice to be on your own. Anyways, here are some pics.

my 'office.' Its really my closet, but its a big ass walk in closet thats too big for all my stuff. My ikea desk is pretty big too, and my room is small as you can see. So this actually works out really well.

yah I have a few things, and would like to purchase a few things also. However I dont have a surplus of money right now, and need frames for the things I do have. The insanely low temperatures are also keeping me from doing anything that involves venturing outside.

that looks like a sweet place man. i moved out once, it was in a baseapartament... apartment in someone's basement. long story short, the guy lived above us and we were way too loud. worst idea ever living there. i envy your living arrangements.

why is it that anytime thers lotion in a picture of someones room everyones like "LOL HE MASTERATES!!!!1!!twelve!!!" I do, but lotion has a use besides self pleasuring lubricant.

the one in the upstairs living room is a plasma, but theres a window right there, and the stand is pretty nice.

irish, I really hope everything works out and Im ballin enough to make it out to europe this summer. Actually if things go well in the next few months Ill be out there to visit my freind in france. Im definatley looking forward to meeting some euro ftr'ers, most of you guys seem like nutcases.

yah I really like the kitchen too, Ive never had a dishwasher before. Also the freezer drawer design of the fridge is really nice, it functions way better than a standard one or the side by side design. No more losing things for years to the depths of the freezer.

Your dishwasher is probably what I'm the most jealous of. I spend a lot of time cooking and I can't imagine how much more free time I'd have if I could just throw everything into a dishwasher.

hah I dont even load it, my brothers gf does! The in unit washer/dryer is amazing too, I dont think I can ever live somewhere that doesnt have this.

Most cheap apartments don't have dishwashers and a lot of small houses and don't have one either. Neither I nor any of my friends has one. LOL at you guys who thought everyone had one. I bet you're sitting in front of your computer saying "So that's how the other half lives."

BTW this thread made me wish there was such a thing as a portable dishwasher, so I googled portable dishwasher and it looks like you can get them for about $200. I did not know that. If true, I owe boost a beer because this would turn out to be one of the most useful threads ever, for me.

A lot of older houses in Seattle don't have them. I lived in one for a few years but we asked our landlord to put one in and he bought us a portable one. It was sweet. It was on wheels and gave us extra counter space. Definitely worth a few hundred bucks if you have space in your kitchen for it.

speaking of appliance that we are in need of... we havent got a kegerator yet, I really want one.

Fa sho...kegarators are clutch. Jageraters are also pretty clutch. Having your own place to live kicks fucking ass, just moved into a dope ass pad on the beach a while ago. It is baller but my TV is not. The plasma is on the too buy list. I need one crucially now that I got a PS3 though...who wants to front me some cash? :P

The only problem with portable dishwashers is they ruin faucets. If you don't have a very sturdy faucet, the back pressure from hooking the dishwasher up to the faucet will ruin it. My brother has replaced his faucet a number of times from his portable dishwasher for this reason.

I cancelled the cell (in my name) what was racked up to 3 bills a mo. plus her ma's phone (in my name), put the house phone on vacation status, changed the PW on the net access, disco'd the cable from outside the house...
I was a bit upset.
Told her if she wanted to peddle her ass, she could do it from the pay phone on the corner.
I did 'accidentally' update her profile as well... I'll toss that one out on Monday if anyone is innerested. U'll all get a kick out of it. Good stuff, heh.
