Villain here is powerpill he runs about 23/18, I think hes kinda bad but I'm irritated with him after he sucked out with QQ v AA AI preflop on another table, hence the preflop call.

Is my push here bad? My thinking was I can't let a set, Ac, Kc, catch up without making them pay their stack to see a river. Do people really think "he can't have a flush 'cause he pushed"?

Hand 1 I like pushing here, you're 1/3 to win alone and whatever FE you might have is good. I'm not folding though so calling is the weak thing to do, and if you thought you had zero folding equity then okay.

Hand 2 is fine, you want a call here by those hands.

Hand 1 call, i guarantee u have no FE
Hand 2.... hmmmm i could go for another small raise on flop? and then push the turn and hope he overthinks it?

Hand 1- I raise/call push flop, as played against a typical 200nl opponent I push turn.

Hand 2- pot flop pot turn C/R shove river is my standard line.

This line never works for me. If I check a blank river they ALWAYS check behind cause of the flush, unless they have another flush. Also isn't this letting him get to the river??

I think I had some solid FE here...

I actually don't like the turn push because I think you really have very little fold equity.

Jager- Actually thinking back, I resolved never to C/R river at 200nl, cause everytime I tried I realize they checked behind too much and if they did bet they folded to my raise too much. I came to the conclusion and overbet or pot bet was more profitable and I actually remember never C/R ing river for about 40k hands until I got to 3/6 where ppl were reading hands better and more concerned with extracting thin value.

So these days pot pot C/R is my line, at 200nl I think pot pot pot or overbet depending on your image is the best line. The turn C/R to me just risks a free card and turn your hand faceup- if your gonna C/R turn, C/R smaller so he will call incorrectly with a combo draw or a set.

Wow he rly should've folded KQ there donk. But as i said u have no FE unless opp is extremely thinking and nitty.

I think he has fold equity on that flop, why don't you raise it?

Alright lets figure this out a little better...

He needs to call 101.95 into a 370.95 pot: 3.64:1

Which means he needs 21.55% equity against my shoving range on this turn to call.

My shoving range on the TURN here is something like AKs/o, AA, KK, TT, KTs, 76s, 98s(not clubs) and 54c. I would have raised QJc and 98c on the flop and sometimes TT. So lets just say its AK, AA, KK, TT, KTs,76s, 98s, 54s(this is really only 54c, but stove won't let me put just 54c in there).

so we like the turn push AND we r right to like the turn push. Yay.

Also I think I can have air here another 5% of the time and he still can't call:

Note:If I calculated this wrong, will someone please tell me how to calculate it right.

Hand 1) PUSH turn, you most definately have FE! Plus like you said he is tilty at the moment what better spot to get your money in, cause your not folding this ever anyways!

Hand 2) This is one where your play is based on what you put your opponent on. I can't say it's good or bad; to totally blow the villain out on the turn with the AI, but NH.

You'll have more fold equity on the turn and given that villain RR preflop he is likely to stack off postflop more likely, especially on the flop and especially with the FD out there. Jager doesn't push here on the turn if he doesn't have an OESD to go with the FD.

i like how u played hand 1, since he could have better air or maybe QQ.
calling seems ok too if he overvalues TP like that...but this works good for the metagame like in ur analysis.

but hand 2, i def like leading again on the turn more than c/r all in.
then again, if u c/r like that with AcX a decent amount than that could work out better..
