Table Image
Is a decent strategy, (possibly > 25NL games), to sort of create an image that your some loose donkey, perhaps even play some pots lose them flash off bad hands and kind of give ppl an impression your worse than you are and then stack them???
Is there strength in this play? or do the players have to be very aware to even realise you are a donkey?

sorry if it sounds stupid, just seen a guy mince off a table and too me it looked like a set strategy ...

If you arent playing with the same players for long periods of time then it certainly isnt worth it.
If you are playing with the same players for a long period of time (as in 1000 hands +) then if they are aware enough to notice you being a donkey, they will probably also be aware enough to notice you are trying to manipulate them by playing one or two donkey hands and playing your normal game the rest of the time.
There are other ways to buy image without being a total donkey. e.g. you can balence your sets by semi-bluffing with draws more aggressively so that someone with top pair doesnt know if they are slightly ahead of say a flush draw + overcard, or miles behind to a set. Most of this stuff isnt really needed until you move up in stakes to the point where
a) Most people are paying attention (Im pretty sure Im not even here yet at 100NL).
b) The player pool is small enough that you regularly play the same people who dont make huge mistakes without being manipulated.
