My read on UTG is that he's tight (plays very few hands). Havn't seen his cards often, but assuming he generally plays with at least decent ones.

Gotta raise this pre-flop. I'm probably calling the turn overbet too, since you're both deepstacked and he's going to have trouble getting away from a straight if your backdoor flush hits.
