I really don't like the size of your bet on the turn. Its small enough that a call or a raise leaves you without much more information. Regardless, he raised. Given that, why would you want to reopen the betting on the river? You went from a 2/3 pot bet on the flop, to a 1/2 pot bet on the turn, flat called a raise, and then jam the river? Your line seems inconsistent.
I agree with your comments about the possibility of getting called by worse hands, I think 9,10 pays you off more often than two pair or a set. I dont think they pay you enough to make up for the -ev you have when you are jamming against a flush.

Given the action, I fold to the flop minraise.
... I probably call the river too, if I am still around, busted draws are going to make that play often enough.
