Turn raise means I'm beat right?

I dont like to fold this type of hand against this type of opponent, but his line screams that I am beat.

Question is why didn't he raise the flop if he has a real hand?

I probably fold but no probs if u felt here.

nh. i would need more reads to not fold the turn...could def be a flush draw though.

and maybe im just paranoid, but i'd bet like 24-30 on the turn or just check, since i think a smaller bet is more likely to induce a semibluff/bluff.

And if not, why didn't he bet the turn?
After villain checks the turn, you pretty much have to bet. I like to bet a bit more though, 2/3.
As played, villain could smell weakness after your betsize, so I'd call and re-evaluate after villains river bet/check.

Yeah I have to call and re-evaluate river in this type of situation.

since hes so loose playing AX after a raise is within his range, he's likely to 2p. I don't see what his minraise accomplishes other than to build the pot.

villian has 35c, called flop with 14 outs. Or possibly A2. Or a slow played set.

I dont think villain will think my turn bet is weak because from our point of view the pot is only $28. So 18/28 ~ 2/3 pot.
