Bit of a loose call preflop....but ok flop line?

I dont like preflop out of position but the flop is fine.

I'm wondering if bet/3-bet is a better play on the flop? Or even check/push to look like a semi-bluff. I fold preflop to avoid these spots :D

as played, you need to give bad odds for flush chasers but not enough to scare overpairs or top pair away -- $38 in the pot when it's back to you, I make it $30
