You can win more at $400 than $1000NL?

i found this is in a google search. is it correct?

this is the important part of the post:

if so, what is the point of moving from $400NL to $600NL to $1kNL?

2ptbb/100 hands at $1kNL is $40/100 hands.
6ptbb/100 hands at $400NL is $48/100 hands.

what's the point of moving up?
to improve your game so that you can win more in future when you play $2kNL and $5kNL?
or is this post inaccurate?

also, i'm running at 11.5ptbb/100 hands at $400NL over 13.5k hands. i probably couldn't keep winning at this rate, but i still feel my true winrate is over 6ptbb/100 hands at $400NL and i'm not even the best $400NL player at party.

This site is just stupid. I know someone who 12 tables 1k NL and has about a 2BB/100 winrate over a really large sample. With 4-tables i'm sure he could do at least 4. And i don't think he'd consider himself the best 1kNL player on stars, at all.

10ptbb at 25nl and 8 at 100nl are the same??? el oh el, el dee oh.

I wouldn't be surprised if zero 100nl regs could maintain 6ptbb. I'll be surprised if I do for 30k hands. And 25nl is waaaay easier.

Reconsider after 100k more hands. I'm not saying it's impossible, there are people beating party 400NL for 8 ptbb/100 over 200k-ish samples, but you might wanna be prepared for it not to be so easy.

Edit: on-topic, I can definitely win more at $400 than $1k, my game doesn't seem good enough to beat 1k yet.

the author of this was probably just pulling numbers out of his ass, and is clearly retarded.

but i would say 6ptbb or more is possible at 100nl. but players who are good enough arent staying there long or playing it anymore.

I'm always forgetting that shorthanded exists. I was referring to fullring exclusively. I'd consider myself the best 100NL FR reg if I could maintain 6ptbb.

But that's pointless to accomplish since I'll move up before that.

Best winrate I've come across for the relatively recent 200nl fullring games was 2p2er Phresh's ~4.5ptbb for ~200k hands. Don't know his 2/4 3/6 fullring winrate is, but he's likely one of the best regs on Stars at those limits now.

I'm running at 7ptbb at 100nl fullring for 20k hands. WOOOO

i know i can't maintain that and have been on a massive rush.

i'm having another ago at $600NL now. way less tables to play at tho
