Sorry for crappy HH in advance.
Opp is unknown but hasnt refilled his stack from sitting with $200. He's recently been chastising me for raising QTo, to which i replied 'keep spewing please'
$5 opener is new to me but normally signifies hand strength on this site

Miff insta-calls....? (calling $80-90 into $230)

well you should have a plan for what you are going to do when you cbet this. because hes mainly folding or shoving. i guess sometimes people call too.
also i dont think you need to bet 40 into 45 on that pot. well if you do then it should probably be you plan to call. but i like something more like 30 to 35.

I hate the situation we just got into but im not sure how else we play it pre and on flop. I fold to raise though.
-
I don't understand why you're 3-betting this hand OOP vs guy who thinks raising QTo is bad?
-
becasue his $5 preflop raise is sc's....
-
If it's SCs then you have a very easy flop call
