The villain is new to the table and I have no reads. I have been given a ton of respect from the others, but this guy is new (maybe 5 hands). Did I complety "F" this up or is this another coller in a long line of coolers lately? I don't know how I lay the hand doen, but honestly I am getting these all the time, players hitting 2 outs and crushing my spirit to play. Anyway, enough whinning. What do you do here?

Can you fold? Yes pretty easily.
Look at the context of the hand. On the flop he's out of position and check calls on a board with no draws whatsoever. Is he chasing? Narrow is range to 22, Jx, overpair or underpair 99 or below.
On the turn same thing (check/call) when you bet even bigger. What can he have here to play like that?
22 is out he was just counterfietted, Jx, overpair, underpair Most likely is a J since AA KK would have most likely re-raised you preflop.
The only hands you are in good shape against is an underpair like 99 or below but when he shoves the river you can let it go.
I will give you the fact that it is 5 handed kind of makes the hand harder because folks routinely over-play any pair especially middle pair's like 77-99 and you are in great shape against those hands but only those hands. But the fact that he finally wakes up and shoves on the river when he check/called both prior streets is a BIG sign that you are in bad shape.
I'd probably check behind the turn and look to put in one bet on the river unless the opp is a complete clown. I think you get more value out of lower PPs this way and you lose less to a jack. Also, I think your flop and turn bets are a little on the large side on this dry board.
