KK but TP pairs board

Villain is a total loose fish. 75/25 and has tried to stack off with overs earlier, but hit an Ace. He also flopped a straight vs. a KK's normal raise with 98o. I have never seen him raise 7x PF before.

What is standard when your big flop bet is called and the turn pairs the TP?

Against an unknown I would often check the turn and get allin on the river. Against this guy I would happily stick the rest in on the turn though (you only little more than a ½potsized bet left) - if he's as loose as you say he will call with any 9, TT/JJ and possibly 88/77/66 and JT (straight draw) plus the pot is big enough to justify an allin even if he folds a decent amount of the time.

I'm checking behind and calling/value betting river.

But doesn't the queen usually call for deception and anything worse fold?

I hate this spot, best I can think of is check behind and call up to 1/2 pot on river.

Guys, the pot is 44 and hero only has 28 left on the turn

i would make small turn and river bets against this opponent, since i doubt he would fold a hand like 9-x if he is getting a great price to call on both streets.

I think against a weak opponent i would check turn/bet river, but against a smart opponent i like shoving the turn.

i cant see us getting away from this hand. time for valuecity. something like $12?

heres a question, though: what cards scare US on the river? an A?

does that make us shut down?

I 3bet light often enough that I try to make my standard c-bet size 2/3rds pot. This time I wanted a call from the loose fish so I probably dropped the bet a couple BBs. If I stick it in, am I getting called by worse hands? If no, than am I pushing any better hands off?

It sounds like people think we don't have a choice but to get it all in here. I don't know how I feel about that. Granted it is a 3bet pot and I have put 1/2 of my stack in the middle before the turn, but I still have 1/2 of my stack to protect right? I also feel any bet will commit us. So now it comes down to check behind and give up a free river or bet(value or push) and commit ourselves. What is standard here? How about vs. a standard TAG? What about a float capable sLAG or sTAG? Vs. a nit, I assume this is a chk/fold 100% of the time?

FWIW, I pushed the turn because I figured it I would have to call a push from the player as a possible bluff. He folded and I never saw a showdown.
I'm guessing I should have given him the rope to hang himself b/c I doubt I can push a better hand off his holding here, but I might make more from a bluff.
I think my line was the worst of the possibilities(value bet, push, c/c, c/f). I make the least from a 2nd best hand, and I lose the most from better hands.

bet $15 on the flop, you would have less than 1/2 psb so pushing the turn becomes the only real option imo

you played it fine, but I bet more on the flop, make it $18. that sets up a turn pot that makes a turn push be a smaller bet.

I don't like a turn check, plenty of stuff can peel off on the river to beat us or kill action.

definitely like a turn shove. It's not like your folding the river anyway...

what about raising bigger preflop here to about 13? or is it normal to make this "smaller" 3-bet here to keep the fish in the pot? raising more preflop and on the flop leads to an easy turn shove.

insta ship all in and laugh when you are snap-called by AA and a ton of other pairs

if we bet 18 on flop we cant fold turn anyway with out stack versus pot size.
