afternoon hands review...
hand one. villain is loose aggressive pre/passive post...VERY passive post flop, a call station.
was this a bad flop raise? i had button and didnt think that was a "lead" of strength judged by it's size. my raise was to slow him down, if he had a weaker A and hope to draw out if i was behind. i certainly wasnt going any further with the hand. i didnt think he would let me get to showdown, for sure.

tell ya what, though. a shout out to the video series crews. bet sizing in spenda's micro series...and seat selection from TJ are great vids that payoff well immediately. if you havent seen them, get to them.
dont think because you can beat 10NL or 25NL that you dont need to watch them. you will increase your winrate even more...i promise.
