Good Bluff or spew? 200NL

Villain seems like a good TAG. We had one hand previous to this where I raised BU with Q9s, he calls in BB. He checkraised the 2h6x9h flop (I called), checked a heart turn, and bet 3/4pot on river(I folded). I've been playing pretty TAG, raising maybe 6-8 hands in 5 orbits. Don't know how he got his stack.
What do you think? River bet size OK?

Why aren't we c-betting the flop?

Without betting flop/raising turn you are representing the rr flush, which is a tough sell. With a str8/set u´d probably have raised the turn given two fd´s, AQ/KK/AA would have bet flop.

raising 7 hands in 5 orbits is a pfr <10% and most of the diamond sc´s in your range would have either caught something or appeared on the board.

Since villian leads two streets into you on a scary board he has a hand here a good percent of the time and you´re offering him roughly even money on his river call. This may get him off AQ, the majority of his holdings will call.

I like it if you think he'll credit you with the straight, less so the bd flush, but there's definitely enough uncertainty for a tight player to fold AQ/KQ here, that's for sure.

I don't do this often enough though, so I'll see what the FTR laggroballas think.

I thought I was representing the BD flush. At least that is what would make most sense (for not raising turn, checking flop).
