I've seen some people raise 77,88,99...something I've never done. Maybe from BU/CO, but EP I limp/call usually with mid PPs.
Raise from EP with TT/JJ/QQ?

sometimes you need to mix it up, once you start playing the same way then your opponents will know that when you raise you have a big hand.
Most of the time I'm playing microstakes vs unknown donks who a) aren't playing with me long enough to profile me, and b) who don't pay enough attention to profile me.Quote:

Raising all PPs does a couple of things for me. 1) It gives me the oppty to take the pot down with a c-bet regardless of whether I hit my flop. This allows me to win hands with 22-55 that didn't set and that I'd have had to just fold otherwise. 2) It builds the pot for when I do hit the set. If I set on a flush-draw board and have to lead out w/ a PSB to price out draws, I usually find everyone folds and I take the pot right down there. With the PFR, this results in a bigger pot. If it's a good board and can play for value, it's easier to build the pot to stacks. 3) If I miss my set w/ mid-low PP and get push-back on my cbet, it's pretty easy for me to just drop the hand and move on. And 4) It increases the number of hands I PFR, so there's an automatic bluffing element built in to raising 22-55 in EP... means I'm not QUITE playing face-up with AA or KK UTG.
Caveat -- I don't play higher than $25NL
this is good infoQuote:

I open 66+ from UTG, UTG+1, and UTG+2. I open all other PP from all other positions.
I limp behind more than one limper with something like 22-77. I limp behind one limper if I'm in EP or MP with a similar range.
I raise 88+ from all positions regardless of the number of limpers (unless it's like 5 limpers, then I'll probably limp behind with something like 22-TT or so). When there is only a single limper, I isolate in LP with all PPs.
If I'm facing a raise, I auto-3bet QQ+ and play the rest player-dependent.

Raising low/med PPs EP is a leak. Limping these may be a leak as well, but I haven't enough of a database to figure that yet.
