SNG 5.50 heads up Q8 off Button

What do you do with a hand like Q8 offsuit when you are first to talk pre flop?
Blinds are 100/200, stacks are 3600 (opp), 2100 (hero) after posting blinds.

What is your thinking process?

I ve been pushing quite a lot previously in the heads up. Opponent is min raising a lot when button. I mostly folded to his min raises pre flop, but he folded every time I reraised him all in. He never called any all in at this point.
I dont have much more than 10 BB, Q8 is a just above average hand. Aggression?
