SunPoker RB - 50% Really?

I'm considering signing up for SunPoker rakeback via FTR. The details listed state:

How much of my rake do I get? 50%

Having searched the forums here and other rakeback sites, I’m not convinced that this is entirely true.

Will I really get 50% rakeback at SunPoker if I use the FTR link, regardless of rake generated? If the FTR deal uses the same sliding scale as other SunPoker rakeback offers, then it should be described as such on your webpage.
