when all you want is a pizza
warning: food content
this is something i semi developed semi stole off the internet, i wanted pizza but had no cash on me and it was too late for delivery. so i made some. the bitch with making scratch pizza is getting yeast, proofing it. takes hours to make the dough and ish so i said to hell with that
yeast-free pizza dough
2c flour
2 tsp baking powder (not baking soda that arm and hammer stuff)
tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil (tastes the best)
2/3 cup milk
sauce/cheese/toppings to dress it up
mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. pour in oil and milk and knead into a ball (it doesnt entirely stick together, its a bit flaky its not sticky like real dough.) lightly oil a pan and throw the ball onto it. the dough will be stretched very thin and a rolling pin works great here.
if when forming your dough its too dry or to wet add more milk or flour to compensate.
add toppings and cook in a 400F oven for about 15 minutes.

How to solve a problem: one step at a time.
Anyways if I make pizza I just throw the stuff in the bread baking machine and hit "dough". Makes itself while I chop the vegetables etc. Now if I could only get my hands on an automatic {insert english word for the device used for making the dough round and flat} I would be set.
