I shoulda bet $18-$19 PF. I hate betting much more because at $20 nobody calls, at $18 we get enough mistake making callers.

He didn't raise the original raiser. He calls my 3bet pf, then wants to get it AI on flop.

this is pretty much always a set, very occasionally a "slowplayed" KK. Very bad setmining mistake to call , as I much more likely am squeezing here, but I am new to table and villain would not know that.

Reading the hand tells me to fold but I've been such a nit with AA and KK lately I feel like I should call. But what else does he have here??

$16 is fine pre, $18 may be better who cares, at $16 the other opp didnt have odds to call for a set anyways.

from an UTG raiser, he'll show up w/ TT-QQ here some too so i play it the same.

button double flat called pf, UTG folded. I stack off with UTG without thinking.

meh im not folding . as marshall28 says all the time (and probably will say when he reads this thread), never fold TPTK in a 3 bet pot. idk if AA qualifies as TPTK, but whatever you get the point.

that wisdom makes sense to me will in the BvB pots and many other spots, but I feel his cards are face up here

sauce's post in the BvB alluded to if we can't be sure of his range/his range is wide in raised pots, we definitely can't fold. but his range seems sooooo thin here it feels so sick calling

i agree with you that in a lot of spots you are going up against a set, but its like, for whatever reason, he flatted otb twice, this could just easily be a sc as pp, plus he could be on some random retarded bluff, or have an over pair.

I started calling a lot more in big pots this week listening to you guys and I'm up $1000. heh.

guess i gotta take the coolers with the guys misplaying their hands. I just used to stack off way too light with AA/KK and would lose tons, but I guess I've adjusted too far the other way

I just hate the feeling of "I know he has this and I'm beat" and calling and being right...and yes I know he could have other hands that flat twice pf, but I don't know of anything else shoving flop.

although a couple times today I was shocked with what ppl had, sometimes they just blow up

good point, its hard when finding your way when to adjust based on a new strategy, what is results and what should be kept. takes time and mindfulness.

Stoving this is totally irrelevant, as you can't stove two preflop raise flat calls. This is a unique situation.

Any bet from anyone commits them - If we check we have to get it in because that increases our opponents betting range, if we bet we have to get it in because we commit ourselves, if we openfold we're retarded
