villain is 11.36/4.55/0 over 44 hands. Hmmm, i didnt expect him to bet this much on the river. :cry:

I like a raise preflop, we has position and you say he's a fish.

As played I think you can find a fold here, I don't expect this villain to be bluffing very much at all and by overbetting he's got greedy with his set.

i occasionally limped in some stuff behind an uber fish when blinds look like tight guys. I dont think we should always raise/isolate these stuff in position.

If the blinds are tight that's all the more reason to raise, we have an increased chance of successfully isolating the fish!

Simple recipe for beating small-stakes FR games:
1. raise behind limpers
2. bet the flop
3. ???
4. profit

i raise here roughly 60% of the time, limp behind 20% and fold 20% depending on my table reads and villain's preflop slowplay tendency. In live loose passive games, i limp behind limpers 80% of the time and raise 20% of the time.

Raise preflop

I think river is boarderline call depending on what i think of my opponent. if hes been quiet i muck if he hasnt i call

btw, raising preflop here is 100% right and therefore should be done 100% of the time.
the only hand that makes real sense is a set of 7s or 2s or A7 that backed into a flush. If opp bet an oesd on flop he couldnt back into a fd IMO due to river card

Another vote for a raise preflop. It would also make this hand easier to play by cutting down villian's potential range.

As played, I'd look him up on the river. A LOT of his range is stuff like a flopped two pair or a worse turned two pair.

straight flush wants to get paid in a big way

honestly, i havent seen any made straight flush since i started playing online.:lol:

raise preflop every freaking time, and call the river. he can easily have a worse 2 pair here.

mp1 =/= villain
