Problems viewing video's

Is there anyway to just save the video's to my computer? When I watch them in the browser 90% of them stop every 12 seconds to buffer when viewing in full screen, even when the video is already downloaded and its to small to read minimized. I don't know if this is the right place to be asking but couldn't find anywhere else or any other posts about it...

right click on the page, view source, find .flv

That will give you the url to the actual file. Download that (I use a download manager and just paste the url into it).
