not at all...

That is a small cbet and vs a unknown at that. I would play less tricky.

Here I call. It goes better with that cbet size.

I also find it depends on the player. For example: I play at the 200NL tables at the local casino quite a bit and this older lady plays who is a complete nit and never raises. I raised preflop with aces to get 2 callers and pretty much the exact flop. When I bet out she min-reraised me with a set of 4's. The 3rd player in called her bet and I easily tossed my aces. Turns out she hit a full house and the other guy had a made straight.

There are also many players who will reraise with top pair or an over-pair to see where they are in the hand, and possibly fold if the board straightens of flushes out. For example..last night i was playing against a nit, who didn't have very good poast flop skills. I raised in late position with 5 2o, for him to call in the small blind. He bet out on a board with 2 hearts and straight potential and I called. The turn flushed the board and I bet 4/5 of the pot to take it down.

The same players tend to just call with a set, hoping for other callers or raises behind them.

But overall I think calling is the best option here, as you gain value if he is bluffing...and raising narrows his range down to hands that mostly beat one pair. If she shows alot of strength on the turn I would consider folding...also depending on the player.

Noone would put this guy on possibly making this play with TP and/or a draw? How would you play it if Hero was to flat call and a spade,3, or 8 came on the turn? If the board got any more drawy the aces would shrink, take it down now! IMO

I think that is a small part of his range and your flipping vs a hand like 98 of spades anyway (a hand he sure ain't folding). Sure it might be a tricky turn, but that ain't reason enough.
