I kinda hate spots like this, I'm gunna be OOP and I really dislike cold calling 3bets anyway.
UTG is 16/16/2, small sample and 3bettor is 18/16/10 over 200hands. Coldcall, fold, or 4bet?

I think I 4 bet and call a shove here; unless you think CO only 3bets QQ+. I hate these spots. I don't like a cold call.

That works too, but shoving makes it look more like AK i guess. If I 4bet it's to 17$ not more.
upon further thinking, i think folding or shoving is perfectly acceptable. basically do anything but cold call.
i think if you did the math this would be a fold.

correct me if I'm wrong, but about 17 is the highest amount you can raise to and still appear to not be pot stuck. Your opponent might perceive fold equity and push weak hands. If you raise to 20 you have only like 26 behind.Quote:

u guys are thinking wayyyyyy too deep. lol ... im calling this a ton @ 50nl looking for a good flop ... i wouldnt even 3bet a UTG raiser w/ this holding preflop... its just not profitable ... if u 4bet you are only getting it in vs aa/kk and sometimes maybe AK.
yea its probably marginal between shove/fold against those guys, im just not used to how these games play
I still wouldn't coldcall OOP but most likely fold if their ranges are real tight
i think the issue is that their range to get it in preflop is very tight, but their range to get it in after the flop is much much larger. this is why i prefer to call and look for a good flop to get it in on ... of course if their opening ranges preflop are ONLY very tight then you are right fold is more optimal, i find it very hard to put someone on just AA or KK though, maybe its a leak in my game.
