200nl, hand I got some stick about...

Villain is a reg by the looks of things. He's running at 14/12 w/ 44% attempt to steal over like 400 hands. Although we don't have any history I felt a player with those stats is going to be 3betting me pretty wide here and cbetting/giving up on this flop a lot. Also I think he'd prolly check behind w/ any ace other than AK here. Also, should I be leading this turn to stop him pot-controlling?

going on the info youve provided id definitely 4 bet this pre with the intention of getting it in as playing qq oop in a 3 bet pot is preety tricky.

As played id also call flop as on a dryish ace high board like this youll often get to showdown cheaply postflop as hell checkdown all pairs under the ace as well as aces worse than aq. I also wouldnt lead turn here, his hand is a bluff/ak,aq enough to simply let him bet the turn and to allow for a checkraise, i also like your checkraise bet sizing.

with the amount of 4-bet bluffing in my game i'm usually 4betting this pre

Pre-flop 100nl this is a call, 200nl is it worth 4-betting? are the games much different? Villain's flop c-bet tells you nothing. It's rare that a player 3-bets pre then checks behind on an ace-high flop. Turn check is standard and check raise makes sense - AQ calls, AK might call, AA and it's a cooler.

Daven, the problem is that you'll be playing the whole hand OOP and if an A or K comes up you'll be in a difficult position. Hero will have to fold a ton of turns/rivers (Except on this hand where Hero was lucky enough to have the Q ;-)).

if i'd established an image as a loose player then I'm fine w/ 4betting but this was my first session and I was playing pretty nittily at 13/10 or something so I think his stack off range will be like AA/KK/AKs which I'm not all that thrilled about.

If you think his stack off range is only KK+,AKs (I think it's a bit wider as you are a 13/10) then it's even better to 4bet as:
- You'll win the pot very often and it will largely compensate for the times you'll get stacked by KK+ (your equity against KK+,AKs is something like 27% so you'll still win a bit more then 1 every 4 all-ins)
- You won't have to play OOP very often
