This is true. Body COMPOSITION is what matters. You can't compare a muscular 6'0 200lb athlete to a fat 6'0 200lb couch potatoe.

Also, I like how the fact that switching from 'optimistic' to 'sadistic' takes a whopping 54 years off my life. Seems reasonable.
