serious answer of the day #2 (i.e. likely completely unrelated to the posted video)
1. eat healthy
2. exercise
3. drink water (somewhat related to #1)
4. have sex (somewhat related to #2 and #6)
5. sleep
6. lead a generally stress free life (i don't know)
7. try not to drink much (do as i say, not as i do)
8.Dont smoke!

these may be the factors that we can affect in our lives, but if you want to affect the longevity of any future children then the best thing you can do by far is have them with somebody who comes from a family that has natural longevity and health. all the diet and exercising wont do anything if the genes for longevity and health just arent there.
another thing i would like to add to lukie's list
8. become knowledgeable about human disease especially ones youre genetically prone to, and see doctors regularly. one example of why is that lots of people die of cancer because it was caught at too late a stage in life. had it been caught earlier then theyd have lived substantially longer. this can possibly be stated for all forms of cancer as well as numerous other diseases.
im probably going to get alzheimers :(
