There's a little bit of chanting and whatnot, but it's basically instrumental. One of my fave bits of music ever, the tempo, dynamics changes are fucking awesome. Movie's great too, shame he followed it up with the upitsownarsepieceofshit that was The Fountain.
Bands to check out:
Mogwai
God is an Astronaut

you may not be able to find a torrent, so you may have to buy the album. common margins by tim reynolds and michael sokolowski. improv on guitar and piano. i have long felt it to be the greatest album ive heard.
another album i think you can find a torrent for is john petrucci and some other guy playing guitar and piano. dont remember the name since i just formatted my comp
also have known this to be the greatest techno ive heard. one from snatch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTKG4...eature=related
and theres always tim reynolds solo guitar. he is also the greatest guitarist ive heard
the second one kind of inspired me to play ff7 again. i pimped that game so hard.Quote:

It's John Butler Trio (though this one is just John Butler).
Solo on an acoustic 12-string guitar...incredible.
It starts a little slow btw.
