1) Avatar: I'm always having to resize in ms paint. Any way we could have them automatically adjusted to fit the required size? Also, including an example of what it would look like after the adjustment is made would be great.
2) Blog button: Underneath everyones post there are buttons including 'PM' 'Profile' etc. How about adding a Blog button that will link them to the obvious?

Irfanview is a free image editing program. It loads super quick. Can do a quick crop, resize in seconds. (the resize you can type 180 in the width and it tells you the other number which you can then change to 300 if necessary).
MS paint sucks. I don't even know how to resize an image without it being a huge pain.
The first suggestion would be difficult to program, I think.

Do you mean link to the poster's Operation thread, if they have one? This is probably doable. The icon would appear if the poster has originated a topic within our Blogs & Operations forum and link to it. If the OP has more than one topic that he originated in the B&O forum, I suppose it would link to the newest one.
Is that what you mean?
