All-in for sure. It's not like he would have folded any flop bet with Ax, so that makes up a big portion of his range. Not to mention TT/JJ type hands.
How about checking to give him a chance to bluff at it with hands he otherwise wouldn't call with? If he checks behind then you can just ship the river.
