Red Aces, experimenting with small cbets in 3 bet pots

Villain is 20/14 with a A2S of 31. He calls a lot of 3 bets. Hows my flop bet sizing? What do I do on the turn?

I think this is good. I'm curious what people do if we use this sizing with a hand like AKdd and don't get shoved on, what is the plan on brick rivers? I can't imagine there being much fold equity with 1/2 of villains stack in the middle, but check folding doesn't seem good either.

its not the best board for it (not dry) but ok. I'd usually just bet something like 56 on this type. Obviously call the turn.
