Hmmm 100nl
So opp is kinda decent. Not super aggro but not passive either.
If he knows by my flop check I can't have AK/AQ here usually this seems like a good board for him to steal. I guess he has monsters or underpairs here and some air.
Should I always bet this flop?
If I call turn I have to call most rivers. Is this speww or??

Does the villain put you on ranges? If so, is your checking range on the flop balanced? Protip: it's not
you'd never check air here because it's a good flop to bet if you have something like KQ since you're getting better hands to fold (stuff like 55) and the ace hits your 3b range hard
you'd never check the nuts because he may have some straight draws in his range if he decided to call a 3b with a suited connector
so the only hands you'd check here is 99-KK
in my experience it's better to bet because people peel with 87/98 sometimes here
idk I might be completely wrong, but a lot of villains do call with crap in this spot
fwiw I fold the turn because it's never a draw

I'd prolly play it the same assuming you don't check Aces here or its too early in the match for your opp to know your range is balanced.
