High Stakes
I just finished watching some high-stakes poker on late night t.v. and all the usual suspects were there. Daniel was there, Barry Greenspan, Doyle, Eastgate, and Dwan too. It started out pretty entertaining with some good pots then slowed down so much you could tell who was going to win by who bet first (no matter how weak their hand was). It seems to me, the rules all change when you're playing with real stacks of MONEY. Be the first to jump in and 90% of the time everybody else crumbles! Or maybe it was just a slow night! I'll be watching Sunday nights on the gaming channel.

Don't try to understand what they are doing. Watch it for entertainment, but don't think you have any clue what's going on.
This season those really are the best players in the world. They're playing with Antes and very deep with a lot of players driving the action, and a lot of history between the players.
Pretty much everything they do would be a terrible leak at the games you and I play.

So its not a good teaching tool I take it!!!

Nope. For example, they limp in more frequently than we ever should. That's because they believe in the skill they have, that they can win the pot later in the hand.

Dwans bluff in the most recent episode is so sick.
