I stop playing for a bit until I calm down. Rare that it happen though. I usually just say "well thats poker."

I stop opening threads like this

I delete posts, lock threads and shut down FTR. It seems to be the only thing tilting me lately. Threads like this make want to puke.

Run with it if your on tilt... Destroy the person after sitting out when the other person comes of tilt.
