Top 2 pair deep stacked

This guy is pretty unknown to me but I have him at 28/11 over 250 hands. He's been bitching at the table lately about not hitting any hands and crap, so not sure if he's capable of a move here. Haven't seen him c/raise at all and if he's paying attention he would see that I'm playing 17/12ish at this table.

Should I have raised the turn? I was honestly a little confused at this point. Figured I'm crushed or he's bluffing and didn't really want to get it in 230 bbs deep.

looks like a set IMO. I play the same and pay that man his money.

Looks like a good flop to bluff c/r you, and a bad flop to raise with a set (you have about the only hand other than QQ+ you'd continue with that he'd get value from). I cant see any reason to raise at any point.

I really can't see anything to do but fold this river.

Against a standard TAG, I fold the river. Here it really depends if I think this guy could be bluff raising the flop with A high, and then thinks he can bet aces for value... a 28/11 is very unlikely to think about your calling range.
Folding the river is still pretty gross if he plays 34 the same with the same frequency as a set or AA - if he does, it's a call, but most villains slow down with bottom 2 once the A comes.

Also the faster he bets the river, the more likely I am to fold.

Not sure how you want to rep a 5 here either.

There arene't a lot of hands that can beat you unless he had a set. I'd say he had a worse two pair or J - K. Some people start to play reckless after losing for a while.

I reckon sometimes you have to call this type of bet - you can't fold top 2 pair everytime. But I dont think this is one of those times.

Check-Raise on the flop, value bet on the turn - it's all showing strength. Fold, and save your money for a better looking call.

Ya I thought about folding the river, but it was just so gross, and he seemed a little frustrated so I thought he could easily be steamed and just bluffing. Which he was, but he got there on the river. :? Just wanted to be sure I was thinking it through correctly. Thanks.

like it looks like 65 because there is no reason for him to slow down on the turn because an ace is a great card to rep or 52s if he plays that to a raise since those are the only draws he could be semi-bluffing
the rest of his range is 43, 44, 33, JJ and out of that you beat 43

for me it looks standard
