100NL: flopped nuts, getting most value
Hello guys! I'm new to this community, going to participate in its life. :)
I have some problems getting the most value of my nuts hands.
Here is the first one. I flopped 4 of a kind.
After I played it I realized that I hate my play in this hand.
Villain is 29/19/1.4 over 640 hands. He opens 20% UTG and his fold 2 CB on flop is just 35%.
How should I play? Sure you will understand that my thought process is smth like: "Oh jesus finally I flopped it. No way to c-bet he gonna fold and I will cry a river". So I always try to slowplay it. I think it is pretty bad. If I check/call it I will show that I have a showdown value and it will be hard for me to get value on later streets. If I c/r this blank turn he will fold every hand except of KJ, AK, JThh, AJhh type hands.
And on the river I went AI pretty fast in order to think him I bluffing but I think it is really very bad cuz my passive line really looks like I had a FD.
So what do you think my line in this hand should look like? Sould I just value bet three streets?
