Playing back against a reg -- villain's range?

Villain is a 18/15 reg. Has a fold to cbet of 20%

I figured this would be an ideal flop to play back at him since his range is so narrow. Only 33/88 can ship and AK/AQ would probably just flat in position.

Over how many hands? If stats are all the reads you have on him and their hasn't been history between you two or something then do not see a reason to play back like this.

obviously a pretty standard board for a cbet so sometimes i take villians line here too... is that your thinking? that he is doing this without an ace?

otherwise your raise is not going to get villain to fold.. which is obviously the goal here? maybe $20 would fold out some medium aces..

I like this but I am a spewy moron. on this sort of board texture 33/88 often calls a lot as well so he's basically repping 6 combos which he won't always have/ air. given fold to cbet as long as it's over a large sample I like this but as I said I spew a lot in these sorts of spots and I'm interested to see everyone disagrees with me
