HU 1kNL bad turn card hand

Only playing villain for about 100 hands or so on 2 tables. He seems very good and aggressive and he's been getting the better of me so far in the match. I lost a stack with JJ vs his QQ AI pf and there's been a few spots where I reraised and he took the pot away or I hit a really bad turn card and had to c/f or whatever. Not much has gone to showdown yet but I'm losing the battle of wills. Sorry I can't remember more reads it happened a week or two ago.
Oh yeah one other thing, he PSB the river twice so far after betting the turn, once I folded when he did it on a 4 straight paired board and I tanked for ages and folded the bottom end of the straight and the second time I called and he was value towning me. I know he didn't PSB here I just think it's interesting because I think we can learn something from the fact that a PSB dynamic was established but he chose not to use it. Why didn't he shove I guess I'm trying to say?
Advice for turn line and river action please. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out I funked this up royally.
