2/4: strange line river bluff

Villain is 21/16 reg. I think he wasn't expecting to see a raise and I don't think his bet was meant to induce anything. Anyone like a call instead? This river actually hits my range somewhat nicely (AT/JJ/T9). I don't think he expects me to bluff the river after checking behind turn. Kind of a level spot.

I'm such a monkey sometimes, and why did I even open this crap UTG lol? It was a really weak table fwiw.

Already saw results before you edited so not going to say anything but honestly I feel like this is one of those you know your opponent/table/dynamic so we don't so we can't really offer much constructive or appropriate.

EDIT: Also why would you call? You can beat only a pure bluff while raising gets him to fold his pure bluffs while also folding some better hands that beat you with the added bonus of you not having to showdown, what am I missing?

I'd almost like this more if he bet like 45ish. My concern now is that he levels himself into a call cause he bet so small.

Though I kinda like this really. Seems like a decent board and the cards came out such that his value range might be reasonably narrow, and you can rep a decent amount of legit hands.

It's decent cause I also doubt he bets so small with QJ or KQ.

I'd raise smaller but yeah this seems fine. I wish he bet bigger though he may convince himself to call now.

I usually like these raises. Small bets are usually what they rep, which is not very strong. The problem is i have no idea what to put him on given preflop (how does he one pair that he's v-betting?).

You can have A10 of hearts or JJ.

Does he fold KQ/KJ cause I expect him to have that a lot. It also should be mentioned that he can have more strong hands on the river than you can based on action which makes me not want to attempt to get him off shit.

Thanks for correcting my range. I didn't see that I can't have T9. Actually I might sometimes check behind ATs no hearts and sometimes bet ATs hearts.

I never open this wide UTG so I guess I was in a BU mindset where I check behind for pot control and free card. We should def be betting the turn.

Based on the actual board and lines taken I agree with this. But I don't agree with this after villain's sizing. Unless I had some read that villain likes to make small bets with big hands to induce or something.

Thats just how I would view your range I guess you could have 910 i would heavily discount it though based that you're utg and how I expect that you were playing which is probably not crazy laggy.

I don't think we can discount that based on sizing since p4's hand doesn't look very strong at all.
