He raised a similar drawy board texture a few hands ago and I folded flop
Should this make me less or more likely to call him down?

Why not check-shove the turn instead of this line?

You need to look more at ppl's sizing. It's good to hope that he'll bluff shove river, but if he has messed up his sizing somewhere and only leaves himself like 1/2 pot bet left on river, the chances of this happening are much smaller. In this case he left himself a reasonably small river bet... hard to say if he'd bluff or not.

As played, river is meh. He knows all draws missed and he knows you know that, but at the same time you beat his two pair hands now. I'd prob call for the price.

I'd just muck the flop unless i had a legit read not to.

if you call down like you did, and you fold the river... lol


edit: just read description.. if you think he raises a wide range on flop just 3bet small and get it in

to evaluate my plan in the first place
also maybe sample size of two hands where he raised a low drawy flop is not good enough to start calling a raise on the flop, he could have easily flopped two sets in a row or something

This was my immediate reaction. You need to make a flop decision in this hand, not a scheme to check/call.
