As played river is a fold.
I would b/f $13 on the flop($15 if flop was suited) and then $30 on turn vs a fish in a 5 way pot.

I would go exactly the other way. If you c-bet 3/4 to full pot, you leave yourself very little room for the turn and river. If you get two callers It's either commit yourself or c/f the turn, and I don't know if you can get value that way. Even with one caller, you can't just pot, pot, shovel and expect to get value from worse.
I'd bet a little more than half pot, again on the turn with one caller and c/f that river. - I wouldn't even bother blockbetting. Anything he could have that makes sense he will be happy to check behind, or you're toast anyway. If he's able to bluffshove AJ, then gg, take the monies, you deserve it... but that isn't really much of his range :D
